Girls on the Run

Wayne Preparatory Academy’s first Club – Girls on the Run competed on Friday May 20th int he PHWEC Bubble and Skittle Run.  The girls had a great time and are now working on their service project with Wayne County Animal Adoption and Education Center.  More information below!

Service Project

Please help our 5th grade girls collect much needed items for our local shelter: 
Canned kitten/dog and cat food, dog and cat bowls, wash cloths, plastic litter pans, collars, floor cleaner (for mopping), blue Dawn dishwashing detergent, towels, dry kitten food (Purina brand yellow bag), adult dry cat food (Purina brand blue bag), liquid laundry detergent (any brand), bleach, small stuffed animals, slip leashes (not retractable), foam filled cat/dog beds, spray bottles, dog/cat shampoo, Q-tips, cotton balls, Adam’s Flea Spray 

Please drop off items at drop-off, pick-up or send in with your child from now until June 7 – last day of school. There will be a box for items in the main cottage.
