Yesterday the WPA Cross Country team made history by competing in their first ever meet in Clayton. WPA was very successful at the end. Annabell Simmons (5th grade) came in first place overall in the girls individual race and Ayden Weisiger (5th grade) came in second place overall in the boys individual race. The girls came in first place as a team and the boys came in second place as a team. We want to congratulate our scholars on a history making performance and continue to cheer for our scholars as they continue the season. I want to thank Coach Smith and Coach Tripp helping me out with the cross country team.
